Safety  

A core objective of all the activities we run at Xanascat is to make sure that everyone can take part in them safely. Consequently for many years we have had in place safety procedures and protocols for these activities in a handbook which is constantly evolving and updated. Its purpose is to set processes out in writing and unify and ensure a high level of safety in all the activities run in our facilities and surroundings.

Xanascat hostels are adapted so that people with reduced mobility can enjoy their stay, be comfortable and move safely around all the facilities hassle-free.

Respect for the environment

We are aware that the features of a hostel means it generates an impact on the environment where it is sited. Consequently we implement environmental management standards in all our facilities whereby we recycle the waste we generate and minimise our water and energy use. So much so that we have earned the environmental quality seal awarded by the Catalan Government’s Ministry of Environment and Housing.

Care 24 hours a day 

Everyone who stays at or takes part in any of the activities suggested by Xanascat hostels have 24-hour staff and care. You will feel looked after at all times.
