Snow school, winter activities for students and teachers!
The Catalan Youth Agency in the Ministry of Social Rights and Inclusion of the Government of Catalonia through the network of youth hostels in Catalonia (Xanascat) presents the programme Snow School in which education professionals have a variety of options for activities in the snow for their students across Catalonia.
We provide you with a selection of suggestions in which alpine skiing, snowboarding or Nordic skiing are the main activities, but if you would like us to tailor it to your needs or choose to experience the snow in a different way, please feel free to ask us about our alternative winter activities. You can go snowshoeing, ice-skating, build igloos, do sledging, follow a route of bridges and zip lines in the midst of the forest and more. You're bound to like them too!
All the activities, whether sports, cultural or leisure, organised or promoted by Xanascat have the primary purpose of ensuring the safety of the students. This is especially important in snow activities and therefore there are always qualified instructors on hand for the classes.
