At the navel of the world

Vic is located right in the heart of the Osona region in central Catalonia. Why is that important? Because it means that Vic Xanascat Festiva is a little more than an hour from the Costa Brava, Barcelona and the Pyrenees. And Olot and Manresa are a little over half and hour away.

That's why Vic has been a crossroads with lots of history since the Roman era!

What you can do and what can you visit?

The possibilities available in Vic are endless, but we’ll highlight a few of the most convenient ones.

In the town, you have to visit the Saturday market in the Town Square, as well as the cathedral, the Episcopal Museum, the Leather Art Museum and the Roman Temple.

Near Vic you can find the Sau Marsh, Sant Pere de Casserres, Folgueroles-Verdaguer, Esquerda-Roda de Ter, Manlleu, Torelló, Cantonigròs, Tavertet, Rupit and Savassona.
