Bona tarda!

GRANGERS I MONSTRES: Today, the Grangers and the Monstres teamed up for their joint English “Discovering” activity! We took a short walk to the center of L'Escala, where we gave them a list of missions they had to complete by interacting with the locals and after writing the answers down in English. Everything went great! They finished so quickly that they even had time to play the “Trade-Up” game, where they start with a small item and keep trading it with people for better things, and they loved it.

DETECTIUS:This afternoon, the Detectives had their third English session. We started by playing Zip Zap Boing before continuing with our project. The group finished the remaining decorations, practised their interview questions, and prepared everything for their ping-pong interview project. After snack time, they recorded their interviews with different camp leaders. To finish the session, we played The Wolf and enjoyed a few more group games. It was a great afternoon! Everyone had lots of fun, everything went well, and the Detectives made great progress on their project.

SKATERS:  This morning, the Skaters finished the ‘Pasapalabra’ wheel and completed some of the remaining letters of the alphabet while playing games such as Stop the Bus. We also prepared the presentation scripts for tomorrow and played a game of Impostor.

ANGLÈS TARDA:

FOLLETS: This afternoon, Follets started with an icebreaker to get everyone energized. Then, we continued working on our project, finishing the decorations and the maps for the treasure hunt. We also played Captain’s Coming, a game that fit perfectly with our sea, pirates, and treasure theme. After snack, we finished some final details and practiced our presentation.

PIRATES: Today the Pirates successfully finished their English project! They worked incredibly hard, stayed motivated, and were excited to complete it. Even though they can get a little distracted from time to time, they are such a lovely, enthusiastic group who always bring lots of energy and positivity to every activity. Great job, Pirates!
