Food allergies and intolerances

The increase in the number of food allergies and intolerances in recent years has led to the appearance of new regulations and laws with the goal of protecting the health of people who need to control their consumption of certain foods.

Therefore, at Xanascat we have developed and implemented a protocol to prevent food allergies and intolerances. Following it allows us to establish basic preventive and safety measures to lower each person’s risk of contact with allergens at meals, while also offering dietetic and nutritional support based on special food needs.

Sustainable hostels

At Xanascat we know that travelling is a fundamental right, but that travelling as responsibly and sustainably as possible is our duty. That's why we have taken a commitment not only local and social but also to be respectful with the environment and to care for the world in which we live.
