General
- You must have a youth hostel card. This card gives you numerous benefits in everything to do with hostels.
- Please keep the noise down after 11 pm.
- Energy saving: all our facilities follow environmental management principles under which we recycle the waste we generate and use water and energy carefully.
- Check the emergency evacuation plan posted behind the doors of the bedrooms.
- Smoking is banned throughout the facility under the regulations for youth facilities Decree 16/2022 of 1 February article 16.1).
- Alcoholic beverages are not allowed anywhere in the facility except in the designated areas.
- Respect the facilities. Report any damage you notice on the day you arrive.
- Share the common areas, put away materials, games, utensils, etc. and leave the rooms you use tidy.
- Any items found will be kept at reception for 30 days.
- Please check the opening and closing times on the hostels page or at the reception of each facility.
Dining room
- Lay and clear the table. We would appreciate it if, once you have finished, you collect the tray and/or utensils from your table, recycle the waste in the designated area, and leave the space you used clean.
- Please check the meal times on the hostels page or at the reception of each facility.
- Picnics: It must be ordered in advance at reception.
- When you arrive at the hostel, please confirm your food allergies/intolerances to staff.
Bedrooms
- Please leave your bedroom by 10.30 am. Bedrooms will be closed until 3 pm so they can be cleaned. Leave the bed linen in the designated places and return the keys to reception.
If you lose the key, you will be charged a fee.
-You must use a sleeping bag or bed sheet on the bed. The overnight stay service at the hostel includes bed sheets, except for school groups which can rent them. The hostel also has a towel rental service.
- You will have to pay for any damage. - Regulations specify that children under the age of 6 are not allowed to sleep in the top bunk beds.
