Discounted rate on individual adult tickets. This is the gateway to the ancient Greek and Roman cultures in Catalonia and the place where the Romanisation of the Iberian Peninsula started. It was also the capital of the Carolingian countships and mediaeval Empúries between the eighth and eleventh centuries, and the origin of the current town of L’Escala.
