General

- You must have a hostel membership card. This card gives you access to various benefits in different areas related to the hostel network.

- Please respect night-time quiet hours throughout the facility from 11 pm onwards.

- Energy saving: all our facilities follow environmental management principles, including waste recycling, responsible water consumption and efficient use of energy.

- Check the emergency evacuation plan posted behind the doors of the rooms.

- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises in accordance with youth facility regulations (Decree 16/2022 of 1 February, Article 16.1).

- The consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted anywhere on the premises except in designated areas.

- Please respect the facilities. Report any damage you notice on the day you arrive.

- Please share common areas responsibly, tidy away materials, games and equipment, and leave any rooms you use clean and organised.

- Lost property will be kept at reception for 30 days.

- Please check opening and closing times on the hostel website or at the reception of each facility.

Dining room

- Lay and clear your table: once you have finished, please collect your tray and/or tableware, dispose of waste in the designated recycling area and leave the space clean.

- Please check meal times on the hostel website or at the reception of each facility.

- Picnic meals must be ordered in advance at reception.

- When you arrive at the hostel, please confirm any food allergies or intolerances.

Rooms

- Rooms must be vacated by 10.30 am. Rooms will remain closed until 3 pm to allow for cleaning. Please leave bed linen in the indicated places and return keys to reception. A surcharge will apply in case of lost keys.

- The use of a sleeping bag or sheets is mandatory. Bed linen is included in the accommodation service, except for school groups who may hire it. The hostel also has a towel hire service.

- You will have to pay for any damage.

- Regulations specify that children under the age of 6 are not allowed to sleep in upper bunks. For further information, please ask at the hostel (Decree 16/2022 of 1 February, Article 31.8).
