Running the show at the hostel is Pepo, who has been managing hostels in the network for more than 25 years. By his side is Aida, who has been with us for over ten years. Elisenda, the head of the kitchen, has also been at the hostel for more than ten years, and she and Maria are in charge of giving you the chance to sample the best products and recipes from the region. Finally, Brigitte and Lope will welcome you at the reception, and everyone –with your help, too, because we get better when you give us your suggestions– works to improve every day and offer you a more approachable, high-quality service so you feel at home.
