Next to the "Via Verda", in a unique building to experience the essence of Sant Joan de les Abadesses

Our hostel is located in the midst of the Sant Joan de les Abadesses Station Park, 120 km from Barcelona, 72 km from Girona, at the base of the Iron and Coal Route Greenway, between Ripoll and the Ogassa mines, in the former freight railway station.

We are in a unique building that has been transformed and adapted to house 86 hostel guests. It's the ideal spot to set out on hikes or bike routes along the greenway, or to discover the beauty of the town's old quarter, featuring the Old Bridge welcoming you to the town and the monastery.

The Sant Joan de les Abadesses hostel is in the former train station warehouse. It’s located at the base of the Iron and Coal Route Greenway, next to the recreational zones and a 10-minute walk to town.
